ABOUT ME

Anna hails from a suburb outside of Cleveland Ohio. She studied Communications and Musical Theater at Kent State University, after pursuing theater professionally for many years she grew wary of living such a transient life.

She began pursuing opportunities that would give her more authority over her career while making it possible to build a proper home in NYC. During the Pandemic Pivot Anna grew her small art business ’ANNAMMMAKES!’ online. She dove into learning social media and SEO and began steadily, organically growing her following. This lead to a decision to study Data Driven Design at FIT to further hone her Social Media skills. After FIT she was still struggling to find a fulfilling field of study to bet her future on. Then one afternoon, after hearing her story, almost serendipitously, a friend of a friend mentioned that UX/UI might be just the right fit! And boy... were they RIGHT!

UX/UI presents a unique opportunity for Anna to combine many of her passions together. She feels so grateful to have found a field where her love of people can have a tangible impact through art and design.
